Peter A. Moegenburg, MAI

Pete Moegenburg graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Madison with a BBA in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics in 1982, and in 1985, he received an MS in Real Estate Appraisal and Investment Analysis from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

Pete Moegenburg is a Certified General Appraiser in Wisconsin, Illinois, Iowa, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Colorado and Ohio, and has completed the continuing education requirements for the Appraisal Institute. Pete received the MAI designation in 1992 and ASA designation in 2015. In his appraisal experience, Pete has appraised and analyzed a wide variety of commercial property, and provided critical appraisal, consultation and litigation services to a diverse range of clients located throughout the nation.

Pete Moegenburg has been actively involved with the University of Wisconsin Real Estate Alumni Association, serving on the Board of Directors from 1995 through 2001. Additional professional affiliations include the Urban Land Institute, Real Estate Alliance for Charity, and the Door County Land Trust.

Pete Moegenburg has been appointed to the Real Estate Appraisers Application Advisory Committee, Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services, serving since 2014.
